Just wait five minutes..

There is a saying in Michigan "If you don't like the weather just wait five minutes and it will change." This is the week to prove it.

As of January 1st we had nearly half a foot of snow. It has been bitterly cold, with the kind of chill that enters into your bones and doesn't want to let you go. Today however the temp was a high of 62 degrees. Almost all the snow is gone, all that is left is small mounds that just yesterday were large mounds, but I am sure that will be totally melted by tomorrow.

Tomorrow is supposed to 51 and thundershowers, but that will give way to winter again and by the weekend we are supposed to back in the high 20's/ low 30's and snow.

If you live in Michigan and you don't get headaches that fluctuate with the ebb and flow of the weather patterns, then you need to get your head examined. As for me, my head is pounding and I can't wait for winter to be over. Which should be in about five more minutes.
